Unfortunately, QOSS will NOT offer any refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances or due to external factors (e.g. adverse weather). If you are unable to attend an event, please find someone to take your ticket, and advise us of the changes via Strabis Moose on Facebook or the society email at qoss.exec@gmail.com.
Each person is limited to purchasing one ticket. If you exceed the stated ticket limit, you may have any or all of your orders and tickets cancelled without notice by QOSS at our discretion. Ticket limits apply to ensure fair access to tickets for everyone.
